SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days, not including the date of purchase. You can select your preferred shipping time at checkout. Please carefully consider processing time when selecting the desired arrival of shipment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time. TMBeauty is not responsible for packages once given to couriers including lost or stolen packages. For missing shipment, you will need to file an official claim with the courier as your package is insured and any reimbursement will be provided by them. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, a representative will contact you via email or phone. Please email tally@tallyyourbeautiful.com  with any questions and include your order number in the reference.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please note that due to safety protocols at this time, all items are unexchangeable and non-refundable. ANY ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE ARE FINAL. To have the best shopping experience, please utilize the size chart and the size of the model listed in the item's description when making a purchase. If you are unsure about your size, it is always recommended to size up when completing online purchases. At checkout, please review and confirm for the correct item, quantity, color, size, shipping address, and payment information to prevent error as TMBeauty is not responsible for selections and/or incorrect information made by the purchaser.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you've received an incorrect style or a defective item, please send pictures and order numbers for tracking purposes to tally@tallyyourbeautiful.com  within 3 days of the item being delivered and a representative will contact you to gladly resolve it.
